Acceptance of Terms

Bonus Abuse Policy

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other illegal conduct.
• Chargebacks or payment disputes initiated by the player or their payment provider.
• Detection of duplicate accounts linked to the same individual.
• Detection of automated play or bot usage.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• At the player's own voluntary request for self-exclusion or account closure.

Player-Initiated Closure

Players who wish to close their bd447 account voluntarily may do so at any time by contacting the bd447 support team via live chat. Before closing an account, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus balances) will be returned to the player via their verified withdrawal method, provided all KYC requirements have been met and no active bonus wagering obligations remain. Effect of Closure

• Losses arising from the player's failure to maintain the security of their account credentials.
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to a player's account where bd447 was not at fault.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude bd447's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Amendments to These Terms

Governing Language

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found by a competent authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable to any extent, that provision will, to the extent required, be severed from the remaining Terms, which will continue to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.
